At M&G, we're looking for a highly motivated and organized PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of projects and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. The role will involve executing well-defined PMO processes, monitoring and evaluating project performance, and providing check and challenge as appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience of managing stakeholders across a range of business areas, preferably within Financial Services
- Experience of formal reporting of data in a change environment, ideally within previous PMO roles
- Experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment
- Ability to use a project management system such as ServiceNow for data recording
- Experience of applying common project controls such as change requests, document control and retrieval

Requirements Summary
2-5 years of experience in managing stakeholders, formal reporting, and monitoring in a project environment. Experience with ServiceNow and project controls is a plus
