PMO-Demand management

This PMO-Demand Management position is responsible for managing project and service requests, ensuring alignment with business strategy, capacity, and capabilities. The role involves intake, prioritization, resource allocation, pipeline monitoring, and demand analysis. The PMO focuses on optimizing processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Computer applications / IT / related field
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Resource Management, or Demand Management roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with demand and portfolio management tools (like ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, Jira, etc.) is preferred
• Ability to present data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Experience in capacity and resource planning is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
