Portfolio Analyst

Optus is seeking a motivated Portfolio Analyst to provide governance, financial administration, reporting, and insight support across the Networks division. The role focuses on financial performance, project management, and stakeholder engagement, supporting AD Capex and reporting lead. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years working in a PMO or project environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate/high in excel required
• Proficiency with project management tools (Clarity, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, PowerPlatform)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
