Presales - Sr Enterprise Architect / Field CTO for Commercial Business

ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their pre-sales organization. This role focuses on building trust and credibility with technical and business leaders, developing solutions integrating ServiceNow's AI-enhanced platform. The Architect will act as a business and technical leader, creating and communicating high-level architecture and strategies to ensure customer value. They'll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of experience influencing senior technology leaders
• 5+ years of experience working with or implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Expertise designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain
• Experience integrating multiple systems or platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
