Presales Solution Consultant, CRM Solutions - Tech/Telco/Media

Requirements

• 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement industry
• Experience working on complex deals in a matrix team
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
• Fluency in German and English
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills, including C-level communication
• Experience working collaboratively with account teams
