Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement industry
- Experience working on complex deals in a matrix team, ideally in the Technology/Media space
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills
- Fluency in German and English essential
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Experience speaking with both business and technical decision makers
- Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
- Demonstrated territory management skills
- A high degree of passion, energy and drive
- Willingness to travel
