Principal Analyst

We are looking for a Canadian candidate with 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles. The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin, and Cloud Technologies. The role involves managing complex programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring maximum system uptime and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles
• Hands on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
• Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across databases, cloud architecture including security rules and other application related infrastructure
• Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after-hours or on-call as needed for critical incidents or scheduled maintenance
