Principal Analyst

Oracle is seeking a skilled Principal Analyst to manage complex cross-organizational programs for top revenue-generating strategic customers. The role involves monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, coordinating teams, and ensuring system uptime. The ideal candidate has experience in customer production support and financial services, with a focus on Oracle Database Administration and Cloud Technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles
• Hands on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
• Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across databases, cloud architecture, security rules, and other application-related infrastructure
• Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
• Familiarity with scripting or automation and usage of AI tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after-hours or on-call for critical incidents
