Principal Analyst

Oracle is seeking a Canadian Principal Analyst with 10+ years of experience in IT production support or operations. This role involves managing complex customer programs, operating IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating teams, and ensuring system uptime. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial services (banking) and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin, and Cloud Technologies.
• Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across databases, cloud architecture, and security.
