The Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD will work independently on tasks with up to high complexity, gathering and analyzing requirements from internal customers, and creating and updating analytical outputs. The role will also involve collaborating with development, product/platform owners, QA, and others, and advising less experienced analysts. The focus will be on analysis and support for ServiceNow HRSD during the whole life cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience in a ServiceNow HRSD
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis area
- 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience
