Requirements

• Proven experience in leading the design and delivery of large-scale data engineering or analytics initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape strategic conversations.
• Understanding of data governance, data architecture, and cloud-native solution design.
• A passion for mentoring, enabling teams, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
• Ability to drive delivery outcomes while identifying and nurturing commercial opportunities.
