Principal Consultant- Java PLSQL

Oracle is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer for Infrastructure & Application Support. The role involves experienced in Java, AppDynamics, monitoring, PLSQL and collaboration with developers and team members to maintain stable and high-performing applications. This involves troubleshooting production issues, leveraging existing products, and ensuring performance levels are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
• Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
• Experience in Java development, process automation, application health monitoring tools, and Devops
