ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Customer Success Executive to drive customer satisfaction and retention within strategic accounts. This role focuses on consultative partnership with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-enhanced technology. The executive-level advisor will lead Transformations, Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, and ensure customer recognition of the value of ServiceNow's platform. This is a key leadership position focused on growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI integration and automation.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • MPP preferred.
  • 15+ years in client-facing roles
  • PMP preferred
  • Experience in IT Strategy, Operations, HR, Security, Customer Service
  • Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications

Requirements Summary
