ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Customer Success Executive to drive post-sales activities and ensure long-term customer value. This role focuses on strategic leadership, collaboration with internal teams, and proactively mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital business transformations and a strong understanding of customer success principles.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading large-scale digital business transformations.
  • Demonstrated success in running large-scale, strategic accounts.
  • Strong experience building and leading high-performing customer success or consulting teams.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level business leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements Summary

BA/BS or equivalent (Master's preferred). 12+ years in leadership, consulting, or similar. Strategic account management experience is key
