ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to guide the enterprise platform strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap for the ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, App Engine, IRM). This role involves deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem and a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules supporting IT functions. The ideal candidate will translate complex platform strategies into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB design, discovery patterns, and event correlation as part of ITOM implementations.
- Experience with platform governance, customization vs configuration strategy, and technical debt management.
Requirements Summary
12+ yrs enterprise arch, ServiceNow knowledge, strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture & CMDB. CTA or equivalent is a plus
