Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering, with 6+ years in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, data models, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB design and event correlation.
• Experience with platform governance and technical debt management.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
