Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other field relevant to the essential duties, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a relevant degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of experience developing, implementing, auditing, and ensuring adherence with global HR policies and procedures.
  • Clear, accurate, and concise communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • 2+ years in a role focused on compliance with employment and/or benefits law.
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, AI, and other technology to operationalize HR policies and procedures.
