Principal IT Architect

As a Principal IT Architect, you will drive the strategic direction of our IT architecture, conducting architecture reviews, creating and enforcing technology standards, and ensuring our IT solutions align with business goals and organizational considerations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading architecture initiatives in large, complex organizations
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management considerations and use of tooling (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage and digitize
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable
