Principal Outbound Product Security Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Security Manager to partner with engineering, product management, and security teams to ensure the platform remains secure and trusted. This role involves defining and prioritizing security enhancements, monitoring new security improvements, and ensuring a data-driven security roadmap. Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 15+ years in product management or technical product analysis within commercial software.
• 7+ years of monitoring, detection, authentication, authorization, or access control technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance security regulations (NIST, EU, GDPR, FedRAMP, PCI).
• AI Security experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead technical debates.
