Principal Outbound Product Security Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Security Manager to join their Security Organization. This is a technical role focused on bridging the gap between advanced AI security threats and practical security solutions. The role requires a security partner with product expertise to ensure the effective and reliable implementation of AI-driven security solutions across internal and customer offerings.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management, product ownership, or technical product analysis
• 3-5+ years experience with Security, AI Security, or GenAI
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and their security implications
• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization protocols
• Proven track record of shipping security products
• Strong technical credibility
