Principal Outbound Product Security Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Security Manager to transform its security organization from a reporting function to a proactive, solution-driven role. This is a technical-driven position that requires understanding the constraints of AI security, translating security challenges into implementable solutions, and partnering with product and engineering teams. The role is crucial to bridging the gap between security research and product adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management, product ownership, or technical product analysis
• 3-5+ years focus on Security, AI Security, or GenAI
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and their security implications
• Hands-on experience with authentication/authorization protocols and emerging AI-specific patterns
• Technical credibility and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and product instincts
