ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to establish and support the technical foundation for their ServiceNow platform, driving business outcomes through customer success. This is a highly consultative role, guiding customer initiatives, and advocating for ServiceNow's advisory leadership and industry use cases. The architect will bridge the gap between customer needs and ServiceNow's technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Banking experience with SecOps, SIR, VR IRM, FSO, HRSD, or Discovery expertise
- Management consulting experience preferred, including Big 4 or OEM software experience

Requirements Summary
