ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to help customers establish a technical foundation in their ServiceNow Platform. This role is consultative, focused on guiding customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring successful customer solutions. The architect will manage technical governance, ensure instance health, and support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 12+ years of progressive experience as part of a professional services organization.
- Management consulting experience.
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a "startup paced" environment
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Ability to relay complex information to diverse set of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
