ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Excellence Architect to lead and contribute to the successful delivery of ITOM projects for global customers, accelerating time-to-value, and driving innovation. This role involves collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve features, improve efficiency, and expand capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM products
- Advanced understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
- Enterprise architecture and cloud management experience
- Scripting skills (powershell, perl, wmi, ssh, python, javascript)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven team player and customer-centric attitude
