We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Security Center to lead the strategy for Security Center, ServiceNow's unified solution for platform security posture management. The successful candidate will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customers understand, maintain, and improve the security posture of their ServiceNow environments at scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong background in security posture, cloud security, cryptography, identity, authentication, access management (IAM, CSPM, SSPM or related domains)
  • Experience with security visibility and monitoring practices
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
