Principal Product Manager, Data and Analytics Products

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Data and Analytics Products to drive the development of analytics products, including AI/ML features, based on data signals across the enterprise. The role involves identifying business needs, leveraging AI/ML solutions, defining the product roadmap, and driving adoption of analytics products. ServiceNow is a global market leader in cloud-based analytics, connecting businesses to powerful technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business or a related field). Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in Analytics (Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science)
• 2+ years in a Product Management capacity
• Experience with product development and managing agile scrum teams
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI (or similar analytical packages)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
