National Grid is hiring a Principal Product Owner to manage and mentor Product Owners, define solutions, bridge gaps, and advocate for features. The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM expertise and good knowledge of the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).
Requirements
- ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM expertise
- Good knowledge of the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM & ITOM) certification
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
- Experience as a Product Owner in a scaled Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
- Management experience with at least two years of line management experience in a corporate environment
