Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 7 years in a technical/customer-facing role delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (desired)
  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and ability to roll up sleeves to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
