DTCC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the Information Technology group and contribute to the evolution of their ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on improving the management of assets and configurations within the ServiceNow CMDB, including data integration, event management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to resolving complex issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with common service data model (CSDM) and Service Mapping
- ITIL certification (Foundation v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Discovery certification
- Experience in a regulated industry (preferred)

Requirements Summary
