Requirements
- Lead the strategy and design of ServiceNow ITOM initially.
- Lead Event management implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with Product Management and leadership.
- Maintain existing out-of-box and custom patterns.
- Drive discovery remediation and troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide visibility and direction to junior team members.

Requirements Summary
8+ yrs experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation, Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience. Experience with discovering in a hybrid environment and familiarity with ITIL certification/ServiceNow Discovery certification needed.
