Principal Solutions Engineer

Freshworks is looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer to join their growing GTM team in North America. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, a strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains, and the ability to present and articulate value clearer through AI principles. The role involves partnering with enterprise customers, leading discovery workshops, and delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains
• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Halo, Jira, or similar
• Ability to present and articulate value clearer through AI principles
• Strong time management skills—capable of owning multiple deals and workstreams concurrently
• Experience leading complex solution design involving custom apps, third-party integrations, and platform architecture
• Demonstrated leadership in internal initiatives, mentoring, or representing your company at industry events
