Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Principal Support Engineer to lead production operations for a large enterprise platform running in GCP. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in application support in a quick-paced environment and a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience providing application support in a quick paced environment
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Preferably GCP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of ITSM Fundamentals
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
