Principal Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer who is passionate about compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will support IT compliance topics, attend the IT Change Advisory Board, and facilitate the Service Delivery Meeting to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• ITIL Knowledge e.g., change and incident management
• A strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations within GxP environments
• Good English skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in supporting audits and inspections is preferred
• User experience in TrackWise and ServiceNOW
• Good presentation and Powerpoint skills on management level
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good stakeholder management
