Principal Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations Specialist, Platform Products Expert Implementation Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in Data & Integrations to work with customers, drive adoption, and increase customer satisfaction. This role involves consulting on how to integrate AI into existing processes, designing and implementing data architecture and integrations, and resolving technical issues. The consultant will focus on leveraging ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric to support AI solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON), middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, Delegated Development, Flow Designer, Source Control, APIs, and Integrations)
• Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment
