Principal Technology Consultant (ITOM Expert) Top Secret Clearance Required

As a Principal Technology Consultant, you will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction of the ServiceNow platform. You will be the technical expert in configuring ITOM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices and will advise customers on how to improve their IT processes. You will also lead customer design workshops and guide customers in completing required documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance or Above
• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Strong understanding with leading IT and related systems and tools such as Office 365, Teams, Workday, Twilio, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
