Principal Workday Financials Engineer is a high-visibility, senior technical role responsible for Workday Financials integrations, architecture collaboration, and long-term technical ownership of Workday integrations post–go live.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Workday integrations and Financials modules.
- Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB (inbound/outbound), Workday Core Connectors & Document Transformation, Reporting as a Service (RaaS), Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
- Strong experience integrating Workday with third-party and internal systems (Salesforce, EDW, and/or external financial platforms).
- Advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and hands-on development skills.
- Familiarity with Financials functions: General Ledger, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets, Banking, Revenue, and/or Accounting Center.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
