The Private Bank Sales Support Associate II serves as the point of contact for high-net-worth clients, maintaining relationships and servicing their needs. The role provides sales support, administrative functions, customer service, and compliance oversight.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of applicable retail experience with opening deposit and loan account or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work M-F 8:30am- 5:30pm CT
- Ability to work in the office up to 3 days a week
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Systems thinking and complex problem solving
- Attention to detail and ability to grasp big picture
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Understanding of financial services client service best practices
- Ability to balance client experience mindset with business risks
- Analytical problem solving and creative thinking
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software
