Job Description: As a Process Analyst, you will standardize workflows, document and update processes, and lead operational transformation initiatives in a global organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to propose and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for process management
