As a Process Analyst at DXC Technology, you will be responsible for standardizing workflows, documenting and updating processes, and ensuring alignment with global processes and organizational standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for process management.
- Knowledge of ITSM methodologies.
- Proficiency utilizing ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to support process optimization and service management.
