We are looking for a Process Analyst Manager to support various project activities and ongoing continuous improvements for GBS products through consulting expertise in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and solution design. The role will involve keeping up-to-date with ESM technology solutions, ensuring continuous update of GBS users, and knowledge of ServiceNow functionality, GBS business processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 year working experience with ServiceNow or other Enterprise Service Management Tools
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Global project implementation experience
  • Customer service in a global multicultural environment
  • Ability to manage, assess & analyze the Enterprise Service Management processes
  • ServiceNow configuration / development / implementation experience is a plus
  • Analytical & Detail oriented.
  • Ability to listen & understand questions/problems communicated by end-users
