Process Automation Developer

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, Task Mining, and Agentic/Autopilot features.
• Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, AWS Step Functions, ServiceNow, SAP, or other enterprise automation platforms.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or SQL for building custom integrations and enhancing automation capabilities.
• Ability to assess, map, and design complex business processes with a focus on scalability, resilience, and automation readiness.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to team capability uplift.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
