T-Systems ICT India is seeking a Process Manager - Config Management to lead the implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management (CMA) processes. This role involves developing and maintaining CMDB, CSDM, and SACM systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing asset management practices. The company boasts a dedicated team and offers integrated IT solutions for various industries.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Asset Manager Tool, ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, and SACM processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practice standards, policies, and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring, and maintaining hardware and software assets.
- Design and implement continuous lifecycle management of configuration items (CIs).
- Ensure SACM processes are fit for purpose, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational norms.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
