Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in service or product design, UX, or similar role
- Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in service or product design tools (journey mapping, prototyping, user research)
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Basic understanding of JIRA
