This full-time position is a Product Designer for a leading healthcare multinational company specializing in service catalog design on ServiceNow. The role involves leading the design of user-centric services, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring user experience through research, sketching, and testing. Requirements
- Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end services within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, process owners, and stakeholders to translate service requirements
- Conduct user research, workshops, and service assessments
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes, and other design artifacts
- Ensure consistency and usability across ServiceNow services
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation and validation
- Support continuous improvement through monitoring and feedback

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. 5+ years experience in UX/Service Design, preferably within ITSM. Agile/DevOps experience a plus
