Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead agile development teams, with experience in Microsoft Azure and business drivers, and a proven track record in Scrum, Kanban, and Project Management methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or engineering
• At least 5 years of experience as product owner leading agile development teams, especially with global teams
• Experience as a product owner project manager or in a comparable position that is characterized by managing complex projects
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure or other hyperscaler platforms and business drivers with least 2-3 years experience on Azure with cloud certification
• Proven experience in at least 2 of these methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Project Management, PMI, SAFE
• Proven experience in at least 2 of these technical areas: Networking, Security, Containers, Identity Management, Serverless, Monitoring, Alarming, Cost Management, Service Management
• Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in complex strategic projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic approach and a hands-on mentality
• Willpower to achieve goals with limited resources as well as high motivation to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Ability to deliver results with a high focus on customer needs considering an agile environment with changing priorities
• Experience in internal T-Systems applications and processes will be a plus, such as BRIM, PSA, ServiceNow
• Experience with at least one configuration management and automation technologies infrastructure as code, such as PowerShell, dsc, chef, arm templates, terraform, bicep, and puppet
• Understanding of IaC and the use of related tools, such as ARM templates, Azure Bicep files, Azure Verified Modules, Azure Landingzone Accelerators
• Experience managing, defining, and delivering cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management
