Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 3-4 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow) expertise
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Excellent leadership and client orientation
• Experience with problem management methodologies
