Production Engineer

Requirements

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SREs
• System Reliability: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
• Incident Management: Act as a primary responder to system outages and incidents
• Monitoring & Alerting: Design and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems
• Capacity Planning: Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast system capacity needs
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and other stakeholders
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our infrastructure, tools, and processes
