We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in Bucharest, responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems. The role involves automation, incident management, monitoring and alerting, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Experience (SRE)
  • Dev Ops – Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages such as, Python and shell
  • Automation with tools such as Ansible, SSH, and Shell
  • Hands-on in SQL and PL/SQL programming
  • Experience with CI/CD tool – Bitbucket, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, uDeploy
  • Experience with using service monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Geneos)
  • Knowledge of Docker and deployment platforms like Kubernetes (or OpenShift Container Platform)
  • Knowledge of the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes within the ITSM framework.
  • Knowledge of using Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow etc.)

Requirements Summary
