The Production Support Analyst (ServiceNow Administrator) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the application suite and related interfaces, as well as providing technical support for the application suite and related interfaces. The role involves processing changes, fixes, and requests, minimizing risk to the stability of the applications, and reviewing, testing, and implementing new application-related tools or utilities as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year job-related work experience in excess of degree requirements for Level 2, 3 years for Level 3, and 5 years for Senior Level
- Experience in ServiceNow administration, discovery admin, CMDB
