Western Digital is seeking a Professional 2, Information Technology - IT Asset Management Analyst to develop and implement global HAM policies, processes, and standards. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB administration, and IT Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years in IT Asset Management(HAM), CMDB administration & overall 6 to 9 years of experience in IT Operations
- Hands-on experience with ITAM/CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong Excel Knowledge and Basic BI
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Proficient in creating and automating reports and Dashboards
- Experienced in handling multi regional teams and training onsite engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
