Birlasoft is seeking a dynamic AIOps and Automation specialist to join their team of Agentic AI SMEs. The role involves developing and implementing automated solutions for IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations, leveraging technologies like Python, Java, and LangChain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, Java, Go, C++
- Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
- Hands-on experience with one of the platforms mentioned above (Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath, Moveworks, Aisera, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot)
Requirements Summary
