This Project Lead role involves leading technical development for ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and providing scope estimates. They will also be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation, including configuration, training, and escalation handling.
Requirements
- Understanding customer business need and translating it into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer needs.
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD and Portal development.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience in configuration of ServiceNow ITM and CMDB.
- Expertise in setting up ServiceNow reports and performance analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good English communication skills.
